What is the format of each session?

Each primary session will be less than 20 min and pre-recorded as a story-telling session, a demonstration, or a workshop with key tools or resources being highlighted. We would like to encourage you to share they type of expertise and messaging that you love to convey. Additionally, there will be multiple live sessions each day for all-access pass members to integrate the learning through guided action-taking sessions, as well as networking and collaboration sessions to expand their circle of support and connections. Each of these live sessions will create opportunities for you to directly connect with your ideal market and resonate with them more directly.

What is the theme or focus of the Summit?

The Empower HER Summit focuses on empowering women to move forward in their entrepreneurial journeys through inspiration, tools, resources, and key networking connections. There will be something for each attendee to gain whether they are just launching their dreams or scaling them to the next level.

How will our team support you as a speaker in terms of logistics, promotion, and presentation materials?

We will be generating content for you to use to promote your key role and topic as a featured speaker at the Empower HER Summit. We will have consistent communication with you regarding timing and due dates for your speaker submissions and we will additionally coordinate a brief interview with you to introduce you in the best way for your presentation.

What is the time commitment required for preparation and participation in the summit?

6 weeks prior to the summit, we will be interviewing individuals to be our speakers. Selected speakers will be required to record their summit sessions (storytelling, demonstrations, or workshops) within the following 2 weeks so that we can adequately support you in aligning the vibe and setting for your presentation. Additionally, we will schedule live interviews with you during the same time frame so that we can record your introduction. During the 3 weeks prior to the summit, we will be providing you with promotional materials for you to post and share with your social media and email audiences. This is required to be accepted as a speaker. Finally, during the Summit, if you are interested in co-leading a live session for the All-Access Pass holders, you would have 1 hour scheduled during the day at a specific time to support this commitment.

What opportunities exist for networking and collaboration with other attendees and speakers?

Networking and collaboration is a key mission for this Summit and for the esteemed speakers who will be dedicating their time and energy to sharing their passion and expertise in various entrepreneurial realms. 2 weeks prior to the Summit, we will be hosting a speakers networking event that will create the opportunity for you to connect with and form initial relationships with the other speakers who will be making such a difference. During the Summit, each day will have 2 live sessions for all speakers and all-access pass members to deep-dive into connection, collaboration, networking, and applying learnings from the sessions immediately before it. This will create a strong foundation to connect and get to know the other speakers and attendees who are particularly motivated and growth-oriented.

What rights do I have to my presentation after the Summit?

You maintain the rights to use your presentation and content in any way you see fit after the Empower HER Summit. Additionally, you will receive copies of your introduction video for your use in any way in the future.
