Is the Launch HER Business Mentorship Program a course or a mastermind?
It's both! We bring you the very best of both worlds by developing a structured program in which we share knowledge, wisdom, and curated content to accelerate your business launch. Simultaneously, we open up the discussion each week so that you are able to advance your growth by learning from each others experiences, get to know each others' strengths and passions, and form future collaborations that foster long-term success.
What is the structure of the Launch HER Business Mentorship Program?
The Mentorship Program is a 12 week group course and mastermind that is hosted weekly during a 90 minute session. Additional bonuses include: 1) 3 one-on-one coaching calls to focus on the topics of your choice that are taught throughout the program and are scheduled with the coach with that expertise. 2) 3 Follow-up Accountability and Support Mastermind Sessions after the structured coursework ends, one each month for 3 months. 3) A detailed and beautifully designed workbook that will guide you through each week's take-action assignments and will support the implementation of your learnings. All exercises will be directly applied to the business you are launching and growing for immediate impact.
Is there any support provide during and after the Mentorship Program?
Yes! We offer one of the best-supported programs available. For all participants, we provide the bonuses that are curated to maximize your success and support. First we offer 3 one-on-one coaching calls during the program that are customized to meet your needs and will be hosted by the expert who is most skilled to address these needs. If you are just getting started in the process and would benefit from additional Branding support, you will have a scheduled 1:1 with Chanell. If you are more interested in detailed business planning support, your 1:1 will be scheduled with Chanell. If you are looking to expand your network strategically, Andrea will be the ideal 1:1 coach for you during that portion of the program. Second, we have 3 months of accountability and follow up check-in support for you to continue to gain momentum, have your questions answered, and stay connected with the cohort of individuals who you have grown with throughout the program. These will be group calls monthly at the same time as your weekly program calls were offered. We move to a monthly call model to provide you with the time you need to propel your business forward prior to each check-in.
If I am unable to attend a session, will I still have access to the resources and experience?
We will miss you and there is no replacement for the live experience, but we will provide the recording of each session following so you know you will still have access to the valuable content, resources, and discussion provided during our live portion of the Mentorship program.
Is the Launch HER Business Mentorship Program associated with the Empower HER Summit?
We host the Empower Her Summit annually to bring together experts from all facets of business to support female entrepreneurs who are launching and growing dream businesses. It is the culmination of our passion for supporting women and connecting them with the resources and network that will drive their success further. We meet bi-weekly to connect for an hour - maybe the only hour each of us has all week - that is totally focused on our growth, our vision for who we want to become, and authentically sharing our deeper human experiences with other women. Or expressing our creativity or choosing to take a risk with an adventure challenge.
Quarterly, we weave our signature transformational book club into our TSB Tuesday community connection. These discussions are curated to create a shift in your mindset and growth and provide practices and prompts to support growth throughout the rest of your week.

Glow Talks
Our signature connection nights create meaningful experiences with other women where we share our journeys toward becoming our truest selves. Actions to apply to our personal lives are always included so we can shine and feel supported between sessions!

WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST LEARNING?
"While some things are better left unsaid, I’ve found that by not expressing my needs at that time, whatever it is..it’s bound to come back again, all the while “festering” (lol word of the day) inside. But when I look at it as related to envy, there’s a shift in perception about “what am I envious of?” and that alone can change my approach. Resentment seems deeper..like you’re envious not because you want “whatever”…you just don’t want the others person to have it."

"This week watching the HBO series brought my biggest discovery yet. As Brené taught about resentment. That it's part of the envy family, not anger. I was struck with the realization that longing and needs live in deep beneath resentment. It brought on a wave of grief. A sacred moment to notice what unspoken desires have been missed. The love and possibility that wanted to see the light, instead losing the battle before it started. Noticing resentment has become a welcome friend to me. It provokes me to ask, what is wanted? What am I needing? Am I willing to take the risk to bring it to the light for myself and others to see?"
